  • 1/8 ripe pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • the juice of a lemon
  • 2 to 3 boudoir biscuits or spoon


Peel the half banana and peel the piece of pineapple taking care to remove the "eyes". Cut the pineapple into large cubes and collect in a cup the juice that escapes. Mix together banana, pineapple and lemon juice. Emit the cookies roughly. Dip them in the pineapple juice that you have collected in the cup. Pack half in the bottom of a ramekin. Cover with the fruit mousse. Finish with the end of soggy cookies. Keep this dessert cool and serve.
